TO: All Employees - Electronic W-2's

This year we are offering you the option to receive your W-2 electronically. If you are interested you can sign up online to receive a password-protected pdf file of your W-2 via e-mail.

BENFITS OF RECEIVING AN ELECTRONIC W-2:

• Get your W-2 faster! Employees who register to receive their W-2 electronically are able to view and print their W-2 earlier than employees who receive a printed copy postmarked January 31st via the US mail.
• No longer have to worry about lost mail.
• Print your W-2 as many times as needed.
• Access your W-2 even while away from home.
• Viewing online, download PDF to your computer, print online.

The process is VERY simple:

1. Follow the link below to http://www.w2copy.com
2. Click on “E-W2” (located on the left under the box labeled NAVIGATION.)
3. Enter the OMEGA Company Code: IX7117 (case sensitive) and then click the submit button.
   
   Also enter:
   Your name as it appears on your paycheck
   Your Social Security #
   A valid e-mail address
   Your Personal Access Code/Password
   (you create your own password, case sensitive)
4. Check the “circle” to have it e-mailed
   (if this is not checked your W-2  will be mailed via US Postal Service).
   
5. Click the “SUBMIT INFORMATION” button

Immediately you will receive an e-mail verification, asking you to confirm you have signed up for an E-W2. Please open the email and confirm your request by completing the short instructions within.  If you do not receive this e-mail you need to check your junk mail and spam filters. The verification, will come from w2@billingdoc.com, If you do not find it in either folder, go back to the registration website to verify your e-mail address was entered correctly.
